The company Promoslunettes is the publisher and operator of the website whose purpose is the sale of optical products. This activity is carried out in the strict application of the regulatory framework of the optician-eyewear profession. The Opticien Professionel company has team of qualified French opticians. This team is at your disposal by phone on 09 84 41 91 51 from 9AM to 4PM from Monday to Friday and welcomes you in our shop at 63 rue des Batignolles, 75017 Paris from Monday to Saturday from 9:30AM to 5:30PM.


Article 2 General terms

The following general sale conditions of the company L'Opticien Professionnel define the rights and obligations of the parties. The parties consist of  "the customer" on one hand and on the other hand the company L'Opticien Professionnel, represented on the company’s website under sales and services.

Article 7 Price terms and conditions

7.1 All prices are listed in euros with tax included (€ TTC)

Delivery to any overseas department or region of France including the Principality of Andorra, the amount of the order does not include taxes nor package charges for the client when receiving their delivery. The shipping costs:

-Free delivery when the total cost of the order is over €100 including VAT within mainland France.

Article 8 Conformity of products and services

In order to get an identical replacement or refund:

-The customer must imperatively carry out his complaint within 30 days maximum as from the reception of the parcel. Any claim made after this period will be rejected and the company will be released from any liability.

- The customer must, within the same period, return the goods in their original packaging. The shipment must be sent by registered mail or by tracking.

The costs related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the L’Opticien Professionel in the sole case of non-compliance or damage related to transport. In other cases, the costs related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to benefit from the replacement of a product, the customer must pay the shipping costs for reshipment with Colissimo Suivi or of equivalent pricing.


If the delivery address indicated in the file is not valid and therefore includes a return of the package to the premises of the Professional Optician for non-receipt at the address indicated, the costs of reshipping the package to the new address transmitted will be borne by the customer.

In order to avoid any damage to the lenses (treatments, anti-reflection or tinting that flakes off, etc.), we invite you to follow the following instructions for use:

- Avoid all thermal shocks, hot or cold.

- Do not place them near a heat source (computer, radiator, oven...)

- Clean them exclusively with cleaning products purchased from an optician, or cold water and soap.

- Wipe them exclusively with a microfiber cloth.

- Always store them in their case after use to avoid scratches.

- Do not put them on your head or hang them on your sweater or jacket.

8.3. The delivery of corrective glasses will require prior receipt by any means (electronic or paper) of a valid prescription.

For orders dated before 18/10/2016, the validity period is 3 years for those over 16 and one year for those under 16.

For orders dated on or after 18/10/2016, the validity period is 1 year for persons under 16 years of age, 5 years for persons between 16 and 42 years of age and less than 3 years for persons over 42 years of age.

It should be noted that the validity period can be reduced by simply mentioning the ophthalmologist on the prescription. The delivery of the products will be suspended if does not receive this order.

8.4. On, corrective glasses are available with single-focal and progressive organic corrective lenses in a spherical prescription power range from -8.00 to +6.00 diopters and a positive cylindrical prescription power range from 0.00 to +3.50 diopters. For progressive lenses, the additions are within a range of +0.75 to +3.50 diopters.

9.1. Following an order, each pair of corrective glasses (lenses and frames) is checked by a qualified optician before delivery to the customer.

9.2 We have our frames and lenses checked by an independent laboratory. Thus, we check that our glasses equipped with corrective lenses and our sunglasses comply with CE standards (downloadable conformity test).



Article 10 Unavailability of products and services

In the event of partial or total unavailability of the product or service after placing the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order (the rest of the order in stock remaining firm and final), or the cancellation of his order.

In the event of unavailability of the product or service, the customer then has the option:

11.1. Regulations

L’Opticien professionnel makes every effort to deliver the order for a prescribed sight pair of glasses with corrective lenses within 15 days for shipment in metropolitan France and 22 days for shipment outside metropolitan France (+2 days for progressive lenses or photochromic lenses) and undertakes in all cases to ensure that the delivery time is a maximum of 30 working days from the complete order of the product or service. The complete order of a scope with corrective lenses means that has received payment and medical data (prescription and half pupil distances) to manufacture the scope. For an order placed before 2pm on a working day, L’Opticien prefessionnel will do everything possible to ship the order the same day. Beyond 15 hours, the professional optician does everything possible to ship the order the next working day.

12.4 Delay in delivery

12.5. Partial delivery
